I can look back at the past decade, with this strange "end of an Era" vibe coming in the Mainstream, perfectly coinciding with the impending end of the Mayan calendar. <<2011 is here and NOW>>. I am most grateful for this experience of being human at this time in history. I am alive and kicking. Everyday. It is happening. I saw this video randomly tonight and felt like sharing. Loved Maxwell back in the day and never saw this video or heard this cover somehow. Kate Bush is the original behind this beautiful song, but Maxwell pays homage to the Mother and the Feminine in a striking way that seems really timely. It has not been easy, but it has been worth it.
